Since 1st of October 2008 new managers are joining the top management team of the company. These are Andreana Mateva, who will take the post of a Chief Financial Officer in Nexcom Bulgaria LLC and Valerii Yanakiev, who is taking the position of a Chief Executive Officer as a replacement of Mr. Moniu Monev who has been a CEO since 2002. Bogdan Wisniewski also joins the management team of Nexcom-Bulgaria LLC as a Chairman of the Board.

Andreana Mateva possesses rich experience of over 17 years in the ICT and telecommunications sector and since 2003 until now she has held a managerial post in the Finance department in CableTel. In Nexcom Bulgaria she will manage the Finance department of the company.

Valerii Yanakiev has a long-term experience in telecommunications. Before joining Nexcom he has held management posts in Mobicom, Siemens and has held the post of Director Business Sales in BTC in the last four years.

With these changes in the management structure the company has an ambition to prove itself as a leading and preferred telecom offering accessible and reliable communications to all users of broadband internet and fixed phone in the country. Nexcom plans to provide WiMAX services in all cities with population of over 50,000 people until the end of the year, to reach a significant sales growth, enter new market segments and launch new products and services that are in a development phase now.
