News | Nexcom Bulgaria - with harmonized general terms and conditions upon the registration of its phone booths @LO 02/10/2006 At the beginning of September this year Nexcom Bulgaria received the General terms and conditions upon the registration of the @LO phone booths, harmonized by the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC). Nexcom is registered for General LICENCE №204 enabling the company to provide access to Voice Telephone Service through Public Payphones. Nexcom is the first telecommunications operator in Bulgaria to build a network of own phone booths within the country. Currently the company has 23 phone booths in Bulgaria, 7 of them in Sofia. Nexcom is opening new phone booths and plans to transform them into business centers for customer support of all Nexcom’s services. The harmonized General Terms and Conditions for @LO call shops of Nexcom Bulgaria are obligatory. They determine the relationship between Nexcom and the end-users and define the rights and obligations of each side. Nexcom is obliged to meet a number of requirements to guarantee the high level of quality and reliability of the offered phone service, users’ safety, and equal treatment of clients, telecommunications network support that provides the service, etc. Nexcom has to inform clients about the service usage restrictions and to accept signals about breakdowns, interruptions and to fix them in the shortest term possible. Citizens can make phone calls to all destinations with the help of this service. The service is used in the same way as the traditional one. For the sake of convenience clients can make payments right away at the phone booths for their phone calls in accordance with the price list accessible to users. |
