1010 is Nexcom's service for long-distance and international calls at reasonable prices.

1010 service is suitable for all BTC users with digital and analogue exchanges*. Registration is free and can be done at our offices or on www.1010.bg.

The residential clients save up to 72% on their phone call bills. They do not pay connection or installation fee, nor do they pay monthly subscription.

To talk at Nexcom’s prices you need to follow the instructions:
To use the service from a digital phone you need to dial only the Nexcom carrier selection code 01010 before the long-distance or international number you wish to call.
To use the service form an analogue phone** you need to dial 010102 and follow the instructions, identify yourself with your personal identification number (PIN) and dial the number you wish to call.
For our residential clients we offer a prepaid option of the service 1010. After a registration the clients can charge their account with BGN 20, 50 or 100.
The charging and recharging of an account can be done on-line via e-pay, in cash at Nexcom's pay-desks, and in cash on delivery via courier. For more information please click here.

Price list by destinations

* Possible restrictions: the service is not accessible to BTC subscribers of the limited consumption plan, the economic plan, and the plan for disabled persons, or to clients who are not allowed to dial 0 (long-distance and international calls) and subscribers of some analogue phone exchanges.
** Some clients of analogue phone exchanges cannot use the service because of technical restrictions, set by the incumbent operator.
