Telephone

Nexcom offers telephone service with numbers from its numbering plan. This service allows independence from the incumbent operator and full replacement of the existing telephone post with a new subscriber’s post and number from Nexcom. Thus clients make inbound and outbound phone calls to destinations all over the world.

All phone calls are transferred through the Nexcom's network and users do not pay initial connection fee for each call made. Thus clients save on their phone call bills.

The telephone service supports additional functions such as Call waiting, Call hold, Call forwarding, Voice mail, Call barring etc.
The service is used through normal telephone and telephone adapter or IP telephone, the equipment being provided by Nexcom.

The service is offered either as a postpaid alternative or in the form of tariff plans with calling minutes included.

The clients of the postpaid service make unlimited phone calls and afterwards pay the amount due for the monthly calls together with a monthly subscription.

The second way of using the service is by choosing from the 6 tariff plans the company offers. Each plan includes a fixed number of minutes for city, long-distance and international calls. In addition to the main tariff plan, the company offers minutes for calls to international fixed lines in the US and EU. The tariff plans are prepaid and are suitable for clients who wish to plan more effectively their monthly phone bills, with no hidden extras.
